Let’s call this The Easy-Peasy Memoir Creation Experience. Tell me your stories, I will take care of the rest. Can it be much easier than that?
In my humble opinion, unless you plan on creating a business around your memoir, I do not think it is necessary to pay up to $50,000 for a ghostwriter.
Just like a ghostwriter… I interview you and record your stories over the phone. In the interview process I ask you questions to jog your memory of other life events you may have forgotten.
The recordings will be professionally transcribed. The transcriptions will then be sent to a professional content editor who will make sure it flows properly and suggest additions or changes. They will check grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence structure.
You will have complete control and approval every step of the way.
Once you approve the final manuscript, it will be sent to a professional formatter/interior book designer. You will have final approval on interior layout.
A basic book cover will be created for you. You will have final approval on book cover design.
I will create your account on Kindle Direct Publishing/Amazon. I will write your book description and short bio.
The manuscript and cover will be uploaded to the KDP previewer to be sure it will be accepted by Amazon.com.
Within 24 to 48 hours, your book will be available for order and sale on Amazon.com. You can then order copies to send to your family and friends. Or they can go to Amazon.com to order your book to be sent directly to them.
At any time, the book can be unpublished so that no more copies can be sold.
You can order copies just for yourself and your family or you can make your book available for purchase to the world. Why not? You never know how many lives could be touched by your story.
Below you will see the reasonable, all-inclusive fee for creating this beautiful memoir with you. One fee that includes everything… no matter how long it takes to record your stories. I will not charge you by the hour. I don’t want to be looking at the clock.
